Released in 2009 as a successor to Nina Ricci's hugely popular L'Air du Temps, L'Air du Printemps was developed by perfumer Olivier Cresp, and retains the fresh facets of the original while adding a more powdery and sensual aspect. The use of modern and crystalline notes produces a milder, powdery and more elegant aroma.The opening notes of citron and rose provide a soft citrus introduction before transforming into a beautiful floral heart of jasmine and the soft solar accords of the frangipani flower. The dry down incorporates the powdery effects of musk and pear, combining them with sandalwood and Virginia cedar to create a distinctly feminine aroma.Top Notes: Floral notes, citron and rose.Middle Notes: Jasmine and frangipani.Base Notes: Musk, pear, sandalwood and Virginia cedar.
