Launched in 2003, Stella by Stella McCartney is a sexy and seductive fragrance based on the contrast between the freshness and softness of roses, and the dark sensuality of amber.The top note of rose essence, which gives it a pure and natural rose smell, is fused with peony flower that adds a lightness of touch, and mandarin essence for a fresh vibrancy. Altogether, these top notes create a seductive and confident combination. The heart note is based on the rose absolute, whose femininity and sexiness reveals a more intense facet of the rose. The base notes are predominantly woody ambers; their mysterious, dark, carnal sexiness providing the perfect contrast to the earlier femininity.Top Notes: Rose essence, peony and mandarin orange.Middle Notes: Rose absolute.Base Notes: Sandalwood, rosewood and amber.
