Like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, this Amouage scent invites you to imagine a world where we have the power to delete and to remove certain unwanted memories caused by broken love. They become a form of knowledge. From the top notes to the drydown the overall aim of Amouage Opus VI is to create 'disturbing' elements and accords. Amouage does this by re-inventing the traditional and conventional amber notes that are anchored in our minds. The re-invented amber tone is ameliorated by Periploca, which adds an almond undertone with frankincense, enhanced by the very intense Sichuan Pepper. Top Notes: Sichuan Pepper, Frankincense, St Thomas Bay Heart Notes: Periploca, Cypriol, Patchouli Base Notes: Ambranum, Z11, Sandalwood, Cistus
