Created in the image of the glamorous women who stayed at Positano's Hotel Le Sirenuse during the 1950s, Un Bateau Pour Capri evokes the likes of Grace Kelly, Jackie Kennedy or Liz Taylor on a cool summer morning, hair tied up in a silk scarf, large dark sunglasses, boarding a boat headed to Capri. The Eau de Parfum is a fragrant ode to 'la belle gente', the beautiful people, whose life of luxurious glamour and chic summer parties were enacted in the most feminine of fashions. Dinner-jacketed beaux on their arms, scarlet lips, and a floral, powdery scent on their skin. Delicate flora of peony and freesia provide a decidedly elegant opening, with a hint of juicy peach to lend brightness. A core of timeless sambac jasmine, rose and milky heliotrope blossom, is supported by a sundrenched solar wood, cedar and musk dry down.
