Tisserand Chamomile (Roman) Essential Oil is a light, sunny and calming oil with a sweet fruity aroma ideal for massage and vaporisation. The ethically harvested chamomile used in this essential oil has been extracted from chamomile flowers grown in England. Chamomile oil has traditionally been used to combat insomnia, relieve tension and stress and bring a sense of calm to the mind. When used as a massage oil it can help to soothe inflamed skin, ease arthritis, headaches and muscular aches and sprains. When well diluted with a carrier oil, chamomile oil is safe to use on babies and children to calm irritability. Add a few drops to hot bath water to clear the mind ready for a good night's sleep. For general body massage, add up to 5 drops of this essential oil to at least 10ml of blending oil. For vaporisation, add a few drops to your vaporiser and allow to diffuse. Before use please ensure you read the Essential Oil Safety Information Leaflet, enclosed in the packaging.
