Perfect for moments when extra energy is needed, Tisserand Aromatherapy Petitgrain Ethically Harvested Pure Essential Oil is a fresh, uplifting and zesty oil with a sweet citrus aroma. Particularly effective when used as a facial blend, petitgrain is an excellent essential oil to balance and rejuvenate an oily or combination complexion, especially when combined with geranium or sandalwood in a light carrier oil. To create this blend, the leaves and twigs of the bitter orange tree are steam distilled so that the oil held in the tiny sacs on the leaves is released, producing a thin and colourless essential oil. Why We Love It Perfect if you have an important event coming up or need some confidence and positivity for a difficult challenge, petitgrain oil will invoke a feeling of hope and boost feelings of positivity. You could even try adding a few drops into your bath to give an overall feeling of wellbeing. How To Use It For general body massage, add up to 5 drops of this essential oil to at least 10ml of blending oil. For vaporisation, add a few drops of oil to your vaporiser and allow to diffuse.
