Continue to heat in increments of 10 seconds until the desired temperature is reached up to a maximum of 2 minutes for a 500-750 watt microwave and up to a maximum of 1 ½ minutes for an 800-1000 watt microwave. Once the body wrap is heated, allow to stand for 30 seconds before use. To use as a cooling aid, remove the outer packaging and place the cushion in a protective plastic bag. Allow to chill in the freezer for 3-4 hours and then apply as needed.
